1. Subscription Terms
MyLawnRx Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription:
- Price: $9.99 USD per month
- Free trial: 14 days for new subscribers. No charge during trial.
- Auto-renewal: Renews automatically at the end of each monthly period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MyLawnRx.
- Refunds: Handled by Apple per Apple's refund policy.
2. AI-Generated Content & Limits of Liability
MyLawnRx is an educational tool, not a substitute for professional lawn care diagnosis. The AI provides likely diagnoses based on visual analysis. AI vision can be wrong. Always:
- Read and follow all product labels carefully
- Consult a local licensed lawn care professional for severe or persistent issues
- Use your own judgment before applying chemicals or making significant changes
We are not responsible for the results of treatments you choose to apply based on the app's recommendations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Abuse, overload, or attack our backend services
4. Affiliate Disclosure
MyLawnRx is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you click product recommendations and make a purchase on Amazon, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This program does not influence our recommendations — we suggest the product category that fits your diagnosis, never specific brands.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, its code, design, and content are owned by Gregory Voetsch. You retain ownership of the photos and lawn data you create with the app.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI DIAGNOSES ARE ACCURATE OR THAT APP RECOMMENDATIONS WILL ACHIEVE A DESIRED RESULT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MYLAWNRX OR ITS DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LAWN DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROPERTY, OR LOSS OF PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect when changes were made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
